FILLIPUS SIKOMBA

Fillipus is from the Quagga Kwanga tribe and was born in the Ekoka region of Namibia.  His mother is still alive and living
in Ekoka too.  His father was bought to Ekoka by the Finnish missionaries from Mangetti (Palm Heart).  Fillipus is in his thirties and is married with 4 children.  He lives in the Kwakwa community and has attended a number of the art workshops.
Fillipus says of the workshops, "a very nice project because you give something and you get something back."
He is one of the most talented artists who is self-contained and focused, working at his own pace.
